The Sämling 2000 is an exceptional white wine with remarkable maturity. It was stored for a full 20 years in a stainless steel tank in our old cellar before being bottled in 2020.
In the glass, it shows a complex aroma profile of honeydew melon, forest honey, candied fruits, and lemon balm. Its delicate residual sweetness envelops the acidity, creating a powerful yet harmonious impression.
